ASA MelbouRNE 27 & 28 November 2025

On behalf of the Centre of Research Excellence in Aphasia Recovery and Rehabilitation (AphasiaCRE), we warmly welcome you to the Aphasiology Symposium of Australasia (ASA 2025). The theme of this event is “Collaborating for success” and in this spirit we are pleased to welcome attendees to La Trobe University, Bundoora Campus in Melbourne, Victoria.

Our theme this year is “Collaborating for success”  which emphasises both the importance of collaborating with people with lived experience and  the multidisciplinary partnerships that are essential for wholistic aphasia care and support.

The symposium will provide high quality, research and clinical innovation presentations through oral and poster modes. The symposium will be a great networking opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas with our  presenters and participants.

This is an 'in person' event, it will not be available online.

We encourage engagement via social media,  subscribe to our email updates below or follow us on Bluesky or X  for all news and updates. #ASAMelb2025
